I have attended the Cape Town International Comedy Festival once and believe me I don’t have words to describe the beauty of this festival. It was simply awesome. You briefly described the festival but it has much more to be explained and you know that.
Nice hub but I want to add something more about the Cape Town Jazz international Festival. Actually I love music and love to attend events like Jazz festivals. 2010 will be its eleventh year, with in no time it has gotten world popularity because of its world famous musicians. I am a singer and I wish to perform in this mega event but…. :(
I enjoyed this well-thought out hub. I have been to almost all of these festivals. Just shows we have it all. You have to love this city :)
Ahan pretty informative blog about Cape Town’s festivals but when ever you visit Cape Town don’t forget to swim in False Bay, experience cable Car on the top of Table Mountain and surfing in Kalk Bay etc. I live in Johannesburg but I visit Cape Town every year to attend the Cape Town international comedy festival but enjoying above mentioned activities always remain my 2nd task to be achieved.
Yeah i have heard a lot about Cape Town's festivals and i really want to attend all those festivals. I really dont know the procedure of air flight booking. Can i trust on any Travel Company to book my flights? Will they assist me with the best travel consultancy??
I think Hermanus Whale Festival would be the most intriguing festival as it is unique in its nature. By the way isn’t interesting that all the whales return to Walker Bay in the same month i.e. September. Wow great timing. ?. I can smell the level of its popularity via your fascinating words.
Yes I am a sports lover and want to be a part of Cape Argus pick ‘n’ Pay Cycle tour. I have a lot about this festival but here, I am going to reveal another popular sport event of Cape Town. The Two Oceans Marathon and Half Marathon take place on the Saturday of the Easter Weekend. 2010 Two Oceans Marathon will be the 41st consecutive running in Cape Town. Both races are very much supported by the crowd, came from around the world.

I enjoyed this Hub about my favourite city. One point - the jazz festival is no longer called the North Sea Jazz Festival (that name was dropped about four yers ago) - it is now the Cape Town International Jazz Festival. It was held during the Easter week end this year and the headline international artist was George Benson.
Love and peace
