Although! VoIP providers claim that voip service can be used anywhere in the world but as we all know high quality internet service is not available in the whole world. So we can use voip phone only at those places where we get high speed internet phone service.
Yes VoIP is totally dependant on internet phone service. It will work only if you have reliable internet connection. You can't use it on airports and bus stops around the globe. As we all know outside USA/Canada people we either don't have internet on these spots or the service is not that speedy.
